เมื่อวันที่ 11–12 มิถุนายน 2568 นายจักรพันธ์ ยุวรี ผู้อำนวยการกองลาตินอเมริกา เป็นหัวหน้าคณะฝ่ายไทยเข้าร่วมการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Cyber Secretariat Workshop ครั้งที่ 15 ภายใต้กรอบความร่วมมือ The Forum for East Asia–Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC) ณ สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ภายใต้หัวข้อ “FEALAC’s Vision for Reinvigorating Cooperation between East Asia and Latin America – A Focused Workshop for the 10th FEALAC Foreign Ministers” เพื่อนำเสนอข้อคิดเห็นในการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกและลาตินอเมริกา และการเตรียมการสำหรับการประชุมระดับรัฐมนตรี FEALAC ครั้งที่ 10 ในเดือนสิงหาคม 2568 ณ กรุงอูลานบาตอร์ มองโกเลีย

ในการประชุม ผู้อำนวยการกองลาตินอเมริกาเน้นย้ำบทบาทของไทยในการดำเนินโครงการต่าง ๆ และนำเสนอประเด็นความร่วมมือทางดิจิทัลที่มีศักยภาพระหว่างสองภูมิภาค ภายใต้หัวข้อ “3Is: Innovation, Integration & Inclusion – Thailand and Latin America: New Challenges for the Platform Economy Era”

นอกจากนี้ คณะฯ ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุม Ad-hoc Steering Committee of the FEALAC Trust Fund เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้ประโยชน์จาก Multi-Donor Trust Fund เพื่อดำเนินโครงการ FEALAC-wide Project ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยไทยในฐานะประเทศผู้บริจาคเน้นย้ำว่าการดำเนินโครงการที่ใช้งบประมาณจากกองทุนฯ ควรมีความโปร่งใส ครอบคลุม และให้ผลลัพธ์ที่จับต้องได้

On 11–12 June 2025, Mr. Chakraphan Yuwari, Director of the Latin America Division, led the Thai delegation to attend the 15th Cyber Secretariat Workshop under the Forum for East Asia–Latin America Cooperation (FEALAC), held in the Republic of Korea. The workshop, themed “FEALAC’s Vision for Reinvigorating Cooperation between East Asia and Latin America – A Focused Workshop for the 10th FEALAC Foreign Ministers”, aimed to exchange views on enhancing interregional cooperation and preparing for the upcoming 10th FEALAC Foreign Ministers’ Meeting scheduled for August 2025 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

During the workshop, the Director reaffirmed Thailand’s active role in implementing various initiatives and presented key opportunities for digital cooperation between the two regions under the topic: “3Is: Innovation, Integration & Inclusion – Thailand and Latin America: New Challenges for the Platform Economy Era.”

In addition, the Thai delegation participated in the Ad-hoc Steering Committee Meeting of the FEALAC Trust Fund to exchange views on how to effectively utilize the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the implementation of FEALAC-wide projects. As a donor country, Thailand emphasized that projects funded by the Trust Fund should be implemented in a manner that ensures transparency, inclusivity, and tangible outcomes.
