เมื่อวันที่ 13 พฤศจิกายน 2563 นายวิชชุ เวชชาขีวะ อธิบดีกรมอเมริกาและแปซิฟิกใต้ ได้รับเชิญเป็นผู้บรรยายในกิจกรรมการหารือโต๊ะกลม ISC Young Scholars Roundtable (YSR) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “U.S. Elections 2020: Implications for the Region” จัดโดยศูนย์ศึกษาการต่างประเทศ (International Studies Center - ISC) ของสถาบันการต่างประเทศเทวะวงศ์วโรกการ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โดยมี ดร. อนุสนธิ์ ชินวรรโณ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาการต่างประเทศ และอดีตเอกอัครราชทูต เป็นประธาน และผู้ดําเนินการการหารือ และมีข้าราชการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ และนักวิชาการชั้นนํา ราว 50 คน เข้าร่วมการหารือดังกล่าว

      On 13 November 2020, Mr. Witchu Vejjajiva, Director-General of the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, was invited to speak at the third ISC Young Scholars Roundtable (YSR) on “U.S. Elections 2020: Implications for the Region” organized by the International Studies Center (ISC) under the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. H.E. Dr. Anuson Chinvanno, Director of ISC and former Ambassador chaired and moderated the discussion. Around 50 people, comprising officials from the Foreign Ministry and leading Thai academics, participated in this discussion.
