On 7 September 2023, H.E. Ms. Busadee Santipitaks, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs of Thailand, represented the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand at the reception commemorating the 201st Independence Day of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Deputy Permanent Secretary expressed warmest congratulations to the Government and the People of the Federative Republic of Brazil, reiterating commitment to further strengthening amicable relations and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.
