ทั้งสองฝ่ายหารือเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมความสัมพันธ์ทวิภาคีและแนวทางการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในด้านต่าง ๆ ทั้งการแลกเปลี่ยนการเยือนระดับสูง ความร่วมมือด้านเศรษฐกิจ ความร่วมมือด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์ระดับประชาชน ซึ่งบราซิลเป็นหนึ่งในภาคีสำคัญของไทยในภูมิภาคลาตินอเมริกา

On 13 August 2026, Mrs. Hataya Khusakul, Director-General of the Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, met with H.E. Mr. André Odenbreit Carvalho, Ambassador of Brazil to Thailand, on the occasion of his assumption of duty.

Both sides discussed and exchanged views on Thailand–Brazil bilateral relations, including ways to further enhance the partnership through high-level visits, economic cooperation, science, technology and innovation, as well as stronger people-to-people ties, as Brazil is one of Thailand’s key partners in the Latin American region.
